Today we want to talk about Flash Battery 83.2V - 1,680Ah 140kWh, customised for a 30 tonne full electric multidirectional sideloader used for heavy material handling. A challenging project that we carried out jointly with our partner Flash Battery.

"The customer's requirement was for a fully customised battery that could meet the high power demands of lifting heavy loads. In fact, the architecture of the battery represented a very stimulating element for our design team: the pack includes 3 units connected in parallel which, as a single system, manage a particularly challenging consumption profile, satisfying the energy and power requirements of the forklift truck. This was a project we carried out four-handedly, together with our partner Atech Gmbh, powertrain system integrator supporting us in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, with whom we developed the most suitable solution for the machine, based on the predefined system architecture."
