EQ & EQn E-Sideloader from Bulmor

Bulmor's fully electric EQ and EQn sideloaders stand for maximum efficiency, flexibility, and sustainability in material handling. Thanks to their powerful performance, compact design, and excellent all-round visibility, they are the ideal solution for transporting long goods in narrow aisles and confined storage areas.

We are delighted to be able to equip these vehicles with our high-quality control, drive, and pump motor systems. Our system solutions help to ensure that the vehicles:

  • are particularly low-maintenance and energy-efficient,
  • enable precise maneuvering even under difficult conditions,
  • and offer maximum reliability and durability.

Technical specifications:

  • Load capacity: from 5 to 8 tons
  • Tractive force up to 4,500 kg
  • Power: 80 V 6 PzS 930 Ah incl. Aquamatik or 80 V 8 PzS 1,240 Ah incl. Aquamatik (optional with EUW)

Pallet truck with electric steering

The requirements:

Scissor lift with stroke of 650mm to 1.450mm. Patch roles with electric drive. Signal transmission between the vehicle and STOPA – pallet racking system by using optical data. Scan of positions and sharing functions monitoring by PLC controller. Safety blinds on all four sides of the lift table.

Powered elevating transporter

The requirements:

Electric pedestrian pallet truck with a powerful 48 Volt 4.5KW AC motor, mounted centrally, 2 support wheels (spring loaded, Vulkollan), load wheels (Vulkollan, sprung tandem twin, diameter 340mm). Electric tiller steering, steering angle limited to 85°, load capacity 20.000kg, fork length 2600mm

Electric-fourway-Sideloader

The requirements:

Electric four-way side loader is rail guided or moved freely to the furnace feed. Equipped with special heat protection, flexible use of the device and automatic opening of the furnaces by remote control.

 

A selection of vehicles with our participation

Maneuvering with an electric drive

These battery electric shunters were e.g. equipped with our steering controlers, inverters and drive units. With the help of our components, you move loads of up to 350 tons with reliable, precise and intuitive driving behavior.

Feeding with an electric drive

In this intelligent and automated feeding roboter there are e.g. our low-voltage inverters, controlers and wired steering systems. They ensure the automated and precise route of the vehicle.

Picking with an electric drive

With these forklifts we are e.g. involved with our chargers and inverters. The inverters ensure controlled, even and calm movements, even in confined spaces.

Towing with an electric drive

With these aircraft tugs, our components ensure intuitive and comfortable control, powerful performance and seamless cooperation between the vehicle system.

Transport with an electric drive

Our components demonstrate their first-class properties. Space-saving handling and a fully electric drive for hall operation are no longer a challenge with our products.
