ATECH Antriebstechnik GmbH uses a live chat from the company www.userlike.com - Userlike UG (limited liability), Probsteigasse 44-46, 50670 Cologne, Germany. Depending on the course of the conversation with our employees, further personal data may arise in the chat that you enter. The type of this data strongly depends on your request or the problem you describe to us. The processing of all this data serves to provide you with a quick and efficient means of contact and thus to improve our customer service.
All of our employees have been and are trained on the subject of data protection and instructed in how to handle customer data safely and in a trustworthy manner. All of our employees are obliged to maintain confidentiality and have accordingly signed an addendum in their employee contracts stating the obligation to maintain confidentiality and to observe data protection.
By calling the website www.atech-antriebstechnik.de, the chat widget is loaded in the form of a JavaScript file from AWS Cloudfront. The chat widget technically represents the source code that runs on your computer and enables chat.
In addition, ATECH Antriebstechnik GmbH saves the history of the live chats. This serves the purpose of sparing you extensive explanations of the history of your request and of constant quality control of our live chat offer. The processing is therefore in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchst. f DSGVO. If you do not want this, please feel free to let us know using the contact details below. Saved live chats will then be deleted by us immediately.
The storage of the chat data also serves the purpose of guaranteeing the security of our information technology systems. This is also our legitimate interest, which is why processing is permissible according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 Buchst. f DSGVO.
