Today, with over 200 million logs collected from the batteries globally and around 150,000 new logs generated daily, Flash Battery is able to extract extremely accurate and reliable information on the behaviour of their the over 25,000 lithium batteries installed worldwide.
The large amount of data entered into the system has allowed the algorithm to evolve over time. By applying Machine Learning, the system can send alerts on potentially "problematic" batteries proactively, even before the problems occur, so it is possible to nip potential issues in the bud with predictive maintenance and over-the-air firmware updates.
