The ACS GEN6 inverter family with power levels between 5 and 50 kVA is suitable for nominal voltages between 24 and 80 V. It has been designed to optimally equip traction, hydraulic pump and generator applications - making it an ideal choice for most battery electric vehicles.

The built-in support for these applications includes features such as hill-hold, programmable brake/acceleration profiles and dual traction. The built-in auto-tuning feature makes it easy to connect to an already installed engine in the vehicle.

In addition to CAN bus communication, all ACS models are available with optional inputs and outputs to facilitate the distribution of control functions in a larger vehicle system, or to operate completely in stand-alone mode.

Monitoring of motor speed, motor/inverter temperature, battery voltage, DC power and/or motor torque protects the power components.

The ACS SuperDrive Gen6 inverters are available in the XS-XL models.
