The RC1000 is a robust 24V charger for industrial and domestic electric vehicles. CANopen and J1939 CAN-Bus allow you to view the charging status, update algorithms and software, and facilitate troubleshooting with error logs. The RC1000 is particularly suitable for cleaning machines, commercial vehicles, work platforms and material handling vehicles.
Even in demanding applications, whether on-board or off-board, RC series chargers offer the highest reliability, charging quality and easy integration into vehicles with electric drive.
You can choose the suitable charging profile from the Delta-Q portfolio with over 200 charging profiles, or you can use the CAN bus to precisely adjust the behaviour of lithium batteries.
They are equipped with CAN bus communication for machine telematics, or BMS (Battery Management System) integration. A safety interlock prevents operation of the vehicle during the charging process. In the maintenance condition, an auto charge takes place at low voltage. Up to 25 charging profiles can be set on site.
Status LED, battery temperature sensors, handle and external LED are optional.
Note: This charger is suitable for the Stackable Charging System. By combining up to 6 chargers, higher power outputs up to 7.5 kW are possible.
