The EPS-AC AW steering control is a wire-guided controller for AC steering motors between 200 W and 1 kW. It has proven itself in vehicle applications such as narrow aisle forklifts.
The steering control is equipped with a CAN bus interface, dual microprocessors and flash memory. It complies with the European CE standard category III.
The steer-by-wire controller has two independent CAN bus systems. One is designed to communicate with a recording device (Smart Antenna), the other meets a number of CANopen specifications. The Smart Antenna is available separately.
