The chargers have been developed with the aim of avoiding battery room installations and thus reducing the need for battery replacement. As a result, vehicles can be operated up to 3 shifts per day without interruption by contributing as much as possible through intermediate or occasional charging.
The battery is charged up to 80% daily to avoid gas emissions. To prevent decomposition processes in the battery, equalisation charges can be carried out daily/once a week/never/as required. A reboost of enormous capacities from 500 to 1500AH is possible.
The charger MG27 is a turnkey system with a battery data logger and the ZIVAN Data Drone App. This allows real-time monitoring of the vehicle, battery and charging, as well as maintenance and operating costs. The Data Drone software delivers the results via WiFi to a customized and secured cloud.
One MG27 charger unit consists of three NG9 or three NG9+ chargers combined in one housing.
