The SG3 range of high frequency chargers revolutionises the integration of on-board chargers in an electric vehicle system. The active PFC filter is ideally suited for numerous applications worldwide and accepts supply voltages between 95 and 265 VAC.

The innovative configuration of the heat sink, which is part of the robust die-cast aluminium housing with IP65 certification, gives the chargers maximum flexibility in installation, even under extreme working conditions. Parallel operation of several chargers is of course possible.

The SG3 chargers are equipped with the latest version of Flash microcontrollers, which ensure the smooth operation of the various charging profiles. They are connected to the vehicle's system through the isolated CAN bus interface (2.0). Voltages, currents, times, charging cycles etc. can be set individually and flexibly with the help of the software. A desulphation program can also be configured.

Due to the high memory capacity it is possible to store the last 1000 charging cycles and thus to analyse the behaviour of the battery in detail.
