ACE-2 NG / BLE-2 NG

With the ACE-2 NG / BLE-2 NG (NEW GENERATION), ZAPI brings its industry-leading experience in brushless control technology to offer a flexible and robust product. These models are designed to drive asynchronous or synchronous motors.

Depending on the application, these models can handle the majority of vehicle control via the configurable integrated I/O.

The field upgradeable firmware can be fully customised to OEM specifications or a CANopen solution can be supplied to provide extensive flexibility.

The ACE-2 NG is compatible for operation with asynchronous motor technologies with incremental encoder signals. The BLE-2 NG is compatible for operation with synchronous motor technologies with SIN/COS or 3 x Hall sensor or six-step sensor or resolver.

This ZAPI motor controller is equipped with CAN bus communication, flash programming and the patented ZAPI algorithm as standard and is compatible with the standard diagnostic tool from ZAPI.
