ZTP BFM Data logger

The ZTP BFM is a data logger which is connected to a battery of the commercial vehicle. It monitors the most important battery parameters, records all essential values and thus ensures high efficiency with utmost care.

External sensors (bidirectional current sensor, thermal sensor, level sensor) allow all battery data to be read, recorded and output along the working and charging cycle of the machine.

Collected data allows the battery status to be recorded and corrections to be made to the charging process, thus ensuring extended battery life.

With the ZIVAN battery CAN bus charger it is possible to change the charging algorithm in real time.

By using the ZTP configuration software, the FOM can be connected to a specific battery. The recorded battery data is continuously uploaded to the ZTP cloud for testing and analysis. The cloud website translates the battery data into easy-to-read performance data, calculates the actual battery capacity and compares it to the nominal value.
