DIN connectors – fully coverable and acid resistant
Description:
Contact with acid from conventional lead batteries is often a problem for plugs and sockets. Especially when positioning the plug and socket on the battery cells, the plastic housings often show signs of dissolution after a short time due to contact with the battery acid. The use of air feed-through systems is also problematic in many cases, since the spread of battery acid vapors in enriched air in the plug area can never be completely avoided. ANDERSON POWER PRODUCTS has eliminated these problems by using an alternative plastic material.
Scope of application:
ANDERSON plugs/sockets according to DIN 43589, acid-resistant, fully pluggable and compatible with all other brand plug systems, with strain relief and coding pin
Connectors for 80A, 160A and 320A nominal power, on request with air coupling and auxiliary contacts
